By accessing this website or enrolling in any program offered by The New Mysteries (the "Church"), you agree to the following terms. Please read them carefully.
1. Spiritual Nature of Programming & Mission Alignment
All programs, coaching, somatic exercises, and breathwork sequences offered through The New Mysteries are deeply rooted in our core religious mission: to provide every individual with the opportunity to develop a personal, unhindered relationship with the Divine.
These programs are spiritual and ministerial in nature. They are designed to assist participants in identifying and releasing spiritual, emotional, and systemic blocks — such as unhelpful childhood vows or societal conditioning — in order to facilitate a deeper spiritual awakening and connection to the Divine.
Participation in any Church program constitutes your acknowledgment that you are entering a sacred container offered in a ministerial and pastoral capacity, not a clinical or therapeutic one.
2. Use of This Website
This website is provided for informational and ministerial purposes. You agree to use it only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not use this site to:
Distribute unsolicited commercial communications
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the site or its systems
Reproduce, duplicate, or copy any content without prior written permission from The New Mysteries
The New Mysteries reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any portion of this website at any time without notice.

All content on this website — including text, images, course materials, program names, and the names The Anabasis, The Calyx, and The New Mysteries — is the intellectual property of The New Mysteries and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark law. 4. Financial Policies & Tax Deductibility
To support the operational costs of producing, hosting, and facilitating our spiritual curriculum, the Church utilizes a Program Service Revenue model for certain advanced tracks, programs, and digital platforms.
Registration Fees: Payment of a fixed registration, tuition, or enrollment fee to access a specific program, private coaching session, or portal is a fee for services rendered.
Tax Deductibility: Under Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations regarding Quid Pro Quo exchanges, because you receive direct, tangible access to a specialized program in exchange for this specific fee, registration fees are not deductible as charitable contributions for income tax purposes.
Voluntary Donations: True charitable contributions, tithes, or offerings given freely to the Church without any expectation of specific goods, services, or program access in return remain 100% tax-deductible as allowed by law.
5. Cancellation and Refund Policy
Because program capacities are limited and resources are allocated immediately upon registration to ensure a high-quality pastoral experience, all registration fees are non-refundable.
If you experience an unexpected hardship, please contact our pastoral care team to discuss transferring your registration to a future offering. Requests for transfer must be made before your program container begins.
Physical goods (including The Anabasis and The Calyx) that have been shipped are non-returnable once dispatched.
6. Modifications to These Terms
The New Mysteries reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of this website or participation in Church programs following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
7. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware.
