Sacred Journey Breathwork
Sacred Journey Breathwork is a powerful tool for deep transformation. We will work with different forms of Conscious Breathwork in order to enter trance states; allowing a journey that opens space for healing, realization and divine connection.

The Process
In this process we will look at where we come from and who we are now, in order to start to define where we are going on a spiritual level. This process of developing a meaningful spirituality that is rooted in ancient traditions and direct personal experience is challenging, because visceral belief needs to be present for spiritual practice to be convincing and compelling.
Session 1: The Call of Initiation
Journey Guide: Hermes
In this opening session, we begin our transformative journey by understanding the power of Archetypes - and mapping the archetypal influences in our lives. We will also explore some of the ancient Mystery Traditions, such as that of Eleusis, Samothrace and others aiming to identify the foundational elements of a new spirituality that is experiential, mystical, and tangibly rooted in nature's wisdom.
We will work with the model of the Hero's Journey in this quest of defining a new spirituality, learning to recognize the inner calling (the deep need for more) and the outer calling (coming from crisis or opportunity) - both of which signal the beginning of Initiation. We will explore what it means to develop the willingness to cross the threshold by breaking free from the "uncomfortable comfort zone" and moving beyond habit, routine and orthodoxy through willing sacrifice.
The session concludes with a discussion of Conscious Breathwork and the practice of the "44 Breaths" process - a simple means to shifting consciousness and a preparation for the deeper Mysteries ahead.
Sessions 2 & 3: The Underworld
Journey Guides: Artemis and Athena - The Wild and Urban Warriors
In these profound descent sessions, we journey into the ancient symbolism of the Underworld with Artemis and Athena as our warrior guides, learning to embrace both wild instinct and strategic wisdom as we confront personal shadows and fears. We explore the mythological tests of the Initiate, including the symbolic dismemberment process, while deepening our connection to Sacred Allies and discovering how Love itself becomes our ultimate protection. The session introduces essential mystery practices including cultivating genuine belief, prayer and offerings, trance and breathwork techniques, and ritual ceremony as foundational elements of a new spirituality.
We work with the Cosmic Tree Model as a framework for spiritual development, understanding how our roots connect to ancient traditions and the land, our trunk represents individual magical practice and experience, our branches reach toward divine potential and future vision, while the forest represents our community connections through the mycelial web. The transformative "Cosmic Tree" breathwork process guides participants through an embodied experience of this sacred model, helping them integrate the Underworld Journey and emerge as spiritual warriors ready for the challenges ahead.
Session 4: Death
Journey Guides: Hades & Persephone
In this transformative session into the realm of Death, we go deeper into the Hero's Journey with Hades and Persephone as our guides. This is the domain of devastation, which cuts our ties with the past. We explore how Death serves as ultimate release and transformation, confronting our deepest shadows while approaching the Holy Grail of sacred teachings. The session unveils the profound lessons of Death through the recurrent Mystery themes of Salvation, Redemption and Revelation - examining death and rebirth symbolism across spiritual traditions while experiencing sacred presence through art and ritual.
We delve into the sacred process of Sacrifice - which is "making sacred" - and learning to create new belief systems based on direct mystical and healing experience through the symbolism of the Five Elements, Nature, and the Olympian archetypes of personality.
The powerful "Rebirthing Breathwork" process facilitates a symbolic death experience, guiding participants through the essential release of attachments - which is the ultimate preparation for spiritual Rebirth and profound transformation.
Sessions 5 & 6: Rebirth
Journey Guides: Dionysos & Demeter
In these sessions, we emerge from the depths, guided by Dionysos and Demeter, exploring the symbolism and practical power of Rebirth through inspiration, epiphany, transformation and spiritual resurrection. We delve into the alchemical process of spiritual transmutation, learning to recognise the Epiphany that allows us to see beyond the Matrix and answer the call of divine Vision.
These sessions explore the profound faces of the Mysteries, focusing on the delicate balance between Surrender and Cultivation in our spiritual practice. We examine how true Rebirth requires the complete clearing of old patterns and beliefs to make space for divine essence to flow through our being.
The powerful "Heaven & Earth" breathwork process facilitates rebirth and salvation by clearing the slate of consciousness, connecting participants to both celestial and terrestrial energies as they experience their own spiritual resurrection and emergence as renewed beings.
Session 7: Integration
Journey Guides: Apollo & Hestia
In this culminating session, we work with Apollo and Hestia - guardians of the light and guides that help bring the "Big Experience" back to the ordinary world - and thus creating Heaven on Earth through the conscious integration of our transformational journey. We explore the challenges and gifts inherent in the integration process, understanding that reality is a choice and cultivation practice rather than something that simply happens to us.
The session focuses on connecting with your own Future Self as a guide, learning to bring information and wisdom from your potential future back into the present - for greater awareness and better decision-making. We examine how to maintain the magic and insights gained through the Mysteries while navigating everyday responsibilities and relationships.
The "Future Tapping" breathwork process helps us expand our vision by bringing the Mystery back from the other side, establishing a living connection between the initiated self and future potential...thus we may step into our role as wisdom keepers in the world.
